Communications Accessories

INFINITY Series meters are available with RS232 or RS422/485 communications. SC connector cables convert the connector on the meter rear to standard 9 or 25-pin sub-D connectors.
In addition, the RS485 split-tee adaptor enables the use of multiple instruments on an RS485 communications line.

Compact Bench Stand

The INF-TBS allows the INFINTY meters to be used as compact benchtop meters at fixed angles, and acts as a carrying handle to facilitate moving the meter to work sites.

Splash-Proof Covers

Splash-proof covers provide additional protection for instruments. Following IP65 guidelines for windblown dust and rain, splashing water and hose-directed water, SPC covers form a protective seal around the instrument bezel. Available in 1/8 and 3/64 DIN sizes, for compatibility with most panel meters.

BUMPER BAND Protective Guards

BUMPER BAND guards are made from a flexible material designed to provide additional moisture protection and protect against accidents. Available in 1/8 and 3/64 DIN sizes, BUMPER BAND guards are compatible with INFINITY Series and INFINITY 'C' Series meters, as well as Model 205 meters. Each INF, INFC and 205 meter is supplied with a grey BUMPER BAND guard; additional guards are available in yellow, black, blue, green, red, orange, purple and white.

Relays and Alarms

For instruments with open collector or relay outputs, solid state relays provide additional control capabilities, switching circuits to 90 amps. The Model 70 audible alarms produce a loud 95 dB tone that can notify an operator of any alarm condition noted by the meter.

19" Rack Panels

Mount either one, two or three 1/8 DIN meters in a standard 19" panel with RP panels. These panels are made from anodised aluminium. OMEGA can also custom manufacture panels for other custom requirements for your application.
